Join Claudia in discovering the secret sauce in transforming our knowledge of the Tarab in music to the Saltanah in dance. What is Saltanah? “Saltanah…is the ‘magic’ that momentarily lifts the artist to a higher ecstatic plateau and empowers him or her to engender tarab most effectively."~AJRacy
Through simple choreography, we will unleash creativity while tapping into sincere expression. This is my newest exercise in a long journey of finding creative ecstasy in dance and movement.
Difficulty: All levels welcome!
Please bring: Your favorite reusable water container. L&C DOES NOT ALLOW DISPOSABLE WATER BOTTLES ONSITE.
Optional: Dance shoes, exercise towel, yoga mat, or a pad and pen for notes.
