Does floorwork intimidate you? Have you thought that you can't adapt movement on the floor to work for your access needs? Then this is the workshop for you! Asteria will guide the class in different ways to adapt transitions to the floor and getting up, as well as flashy show stopping movements that work on all bodies. The end of the class is learning a fun combo that can be made your own and put into any routine.
